System Performance Measures

System Performance Measures reflect outcome data from Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 for programs and projects funded through the Continuum of Care. FY2021 includes data from the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) between 10/1/2020 and 9/30/2021.

The purpose of reporting System Performance Measures is to help our community gauge our progress in preventing and ending homelessness and provide a more complete picture of how well we, as a community, are achieving this goal. This report provides a broad view on how our overall homeless response system is performing and does not report outcomes on an individual project or program level. This performance outcome data used in this report is sourced directly from our CoC's HMIS and is reported annually to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Coordinated Entry (CE) Data includes both data gathered from the HMIS that represents individuals within the Continuum of Care of Central Alabama and One Roof’s Coordinated Entry program where clients are assessed, prioritized, and referred to service provider agencies within the community for housing and services.
