Care For Our Journey

Care For Our Journey is a collaborative, multidisciplinary project that aims to increase access to

whole-person centered support for Birmingham’s unhoused community. The project’s strategic

purpose is to provide medical, housing, and recovery support to individuals living outdoors and

who are otherwise not connected to the care and support within our community’s broader care
