Standards of Care
The Continuum of Care Standards of Care serve as the foundation for quality homeless services throughout our region. Developed collaboratively with Continuum of Care partners, these standards establish the expectations, policies, and best practices that guide service delivery, coordination, data quality, and client care across our homeless response system. By promoting consistency, accountability, and high-quality services in programs such as Coordinated Entry, Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Rapid Re-Housing, and Permanent Supportive Housing, these standards help ensure a coordinated and effective response to homelessness. Together, we are committed to providing person-centered, trauma-informed care that supports individuals and families on their path to stable housing.
