The purpose of reporting System Performance Measures is to help our community gauge our progress in preventing and ending homelessness and provide a more complete picture of how well we, as a community, are achieving this goal. This report provides a broad view on how our overall homeless response system is performing and does not report outcomes on an individual project or program level. This performance outcome data used in this report is sourced directly from our Continuum of Care’s HMIS and is reported annually to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
